The Sixt’s House

We are currently undertaking the complete reconstruction and adaptation of nine historic houses situated in the center of Prague. By the end of 2025, these buildings will be transformed into a luxurious five-star hotel located between Železná, Celetná, and Kamzíkova streets. The hotel will boast approximately 100 rooms, a restaurant, spa, and conference facilities.

Our approach to the adaptation emphasizes preserving the uniqueness, identity, and genia loci of all nine buildings. This commitment ensures that the historical charm and character of the area will be maintained. Additionally, we plan to make parts of the newly created hotel complex accessible to the public. This will provide residents and visitors with a unique opportunity to view all nine buildings from various angles, rather than just their street fronts.
